John R. Coon, 76, of Palmyra New York, passed away peacefully with his family by his side,at Newark Wayne Community Hospital on November 24, 2015.
A memorial service will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
John was born the son of Sherwood and Margaret O’Toole in Farmington New York. He was one of twelve siblings.
He attended high school in Pumpkin Hook. He owned and operated Coon’s Asphalt Company.
He is survived by his loving partner of 44 years, Patricia Pulver.
Mr. Coon had six sons, Rob (Rochester), Rodney
(Arizona),Raymond(Arizona),Ricky Pulver (Palmyra), Jeffery Coon ( Newark) and Jamie Coon (Palmyra).
He had 5 grandchildren.
