Newark—Zachary S. Bean, 30, died Friday (December 11, 2015) at his home.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Monday (December 14th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday (December 15^th) at Cross Creek Free Methodist Church, 3700 Rt 31, Palmyra.

Memorials, in his name, may be made to a fund to benefit Levi Bean @Lyle Bean, 3266 Heidenreich Road, Lyons, New York 14489 or to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, New York 14489.

Zachary was born on April 5, 1985, in Easton, Maryland the son to Lyle and Elaine Stewart Bean.

He was a 2003 graduate of Newark High School. While in school, he was on the wrestling team all four years and in his senior year, Zach won a sectional title in his weigh division. Then in 2005, he graduated from the State New York University at Alfred with a Degree in Building Trades. At Alfred, he played on the soccer team. The last several years, Zach has been working at Hallagan Manufacturing. He also had his own company “Zach of All Trades”. He loved doing all types of carpentry work.

Zach is survived by his parents Lyle and Elaine; Katerina Joslyn and their son Levi Joseph Bean all of Newark; a brother Travis (Stephanie Gage) of Perinton.
