Newark—Deborah S. Allen, 59, died Saturday (July18, 2015) at Rochester General Hospital.

Friends may call from 1 to 4 P.M. on Thursday (July 23^rd) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark. Funeral services will follow the calling hours at 4 P.M..

Deborah was born on February 17, 1956 in Cortland, the daughter of Hubert and Nancy Green Hilsinger. She was a graduate of the Cortland High School and had work at G.W. Lisk for many years.. She had been a member of the Newark VFW AVSO.

Deborah is survived by two daughters Tracy Allen of Penn Yan and Amanda (Dylan Colacino) Allen of Newark; three grandchildren Mason Stone, Nola Colacino and Jordan Carnrite; eight siblings Hubert (Diana Billerpeck) Hilsinger of Phelps, Sharon Wood, Bobby Hilsinger, Susan Pierson, Mark Hilsinger, Robin Hilsinger, Chrisy Goff and Tim Goff, all of Cortland and a best friend of 20 years Betty Cowley.
