Phelps-Gary L. Colgrove, 83, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at his home in Phelps.

No funeral services are planned at this time. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery in Phelps.

Mr. Colgrove was born in Canandaigua the son of the late Harold and Phyllis English Colgrove. He started his career as a mechanic and transitioned into an Inspector for various insurance companies. He was an avid collector; he especially loved his classic cars. He loved going to cruise nights and car shows. He loved meeting up with fellow car buffs and discussing cars.

Gary is survived by his wife of fiftysix years Nancy; a daughter Jennifer McDonald; a grandson Devin Dunn; a sister and two brothers. He was predeceased by a brother.
