Newark---Joyce A. Macaulay, 72, died Thursday (December 25, 2014) at her home in Newark.
All services were held privately at the convenience of the family at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark.
Joyce was born on October 15, 1942, in Tonawanda, New York, the daughter of Arthur and Pauline Scarpinato Neumann. She moved to Newark from Long Island twelve years ago. Joyce was a LPN, working at various health care facilities throughout her career.
Mrs. Macaulay is survived by her husband Walter, her children Arthur of Newark, Walter of Patchogue, Doli (Dale) Davy of St. Petersburg, Fl., Robert of Medford, Thomas (Sandy) of Newark, William and a daughter-in-law Tina; grandchildren Dean Davy, Arthur, Sabrina, Kaitlyn, Nicole, Savannah, Aliyah, Robert, Megan, Thomas, Michael,, Jake and Chase Macaulay; great grandchildren Corena, Rose, Deborah, Alysson and Correa. Joyce was predeceased by a son Michael in 2013.
