Newark/Lyons ---Lonnie James Sedore, 47, died on Thursday (October 25, 2012) at the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.

            Friends may call 12 to 2 P.M. on Tuesday (October 30, 2012) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark.  Funeral services will follow the calling hours at 2 P.M.   Burial will be in East Newark Cemetery.

            Mr. Sedore was born February 19, 1965, in Sodus the son of the late Ralph and Barbara Luther Sedore.  A life-resident of the area, he had been a self employed painter.  Lonnie was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Lyons and a volunteer at the animal rescue Cracker Box Palace in Alton.

            He is survived by his good friend Marsha Fulkerson and her three children Joley, Destiney and Tim; his three children Kamie and Ryan Sedore and Greg Ostrander; several grandchildren; his sister Lori Lindstrom, three brothers Les, Leon, and Lenny Sedore, many nieces and nephews.
