Marion E. Countryman
Newark—Marion E. Countryman, 81, died Saturday (September 26, 2015) at her home in Fairville.
A graveside service will be held at 2 P.M. on Tuesday (September 29th) at the Walworth Cemetery, Sherburne Road, Walworth.
Mrs. Countryman was born on October 9, 1933 in Walworth, the daughter of Irving and Virginia Graham Hurley. She had worked at several canning factory and retired from Wayne ARC where she was a driver. Marion loved doing jigsaw puzzles, tending to her couple hundred potted plants and going to flea markets.
She is survived by husband Harry, her children Arthur of Sterling, Mary (Kenneth) Custer of Fairville, Jesse of Macedon and Jamie of Wolcott; eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren; her siblings Marvin Hurley of Rochester, Charlotte Countryman of TX, Beulah Matteson of Walworth, Muriel Countryman of Fairville, Lois Hurley of Fairville and Lynn Hurley of DE.; many nieces and nephews.
