Palmyra/Fairport--Patricia D. Spencer, 86, passed away on November 3, 2025, at Newark Manor.

A private burial will be held at the Calvary Cemetery in Ithaca, New York.

Patricia was born in Ithaca, New York on March 3, 1939, the daughter of the late Frederick and Helen Decker.  For many years, she worked for NYSEG in various administrative positions. 

She is survived by two sons Chris (Carolyn) Spencer and Erin (Carolyn) Spencer; her caregiver and granddaughter Madeline Pearce; six other grandchildren; two great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband William; a daughter Melissa Spencer; a son Jay Spencer; two grandchildren Nicholas and Nathan and two brothers.
