Newark—Robert James DeSain, 78, died Monday (December 7, 2015) at his home.
Graveside funeral services with full military honors will be held a 2 P.M. on Friday (December 11th) at Sampson Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 6632 NY Route 96A in Romulus.
Robert was born July 29, 1937 in Newark, the son of the late Frank and Shirley DeSain. Bob served in the US Army from 1956 to 1958. He worked for C.H. Stuart, Inc. for about 20 years and then in the maintenance department of the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.
He is survived by two daughters Judy and Sharon DeSain both of Rochester, two grandchildren; one great-grandson; several brothers and sisters.
