Palmyra---Robert S. Spaulding Jr., 85, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026, at Rochester General Hospital.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, July 24, 2026, at St. Patrick's Church, 52 Main St., Macedon, NY.  

Memorials in his name may be made to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, New York  14489.

Bob was born in Somerville NJ, on March 24, 2026, the son of the late Robert and Helen Morrisey Waters Sr.  He earned his degree from RIT.  He worked for Eastman Kodak for 25 years. He was part of the team that invented and patented disk film.  In retirement he worked in the produce department of P & C in Macedon.  He enjoyed the daily interaction with customers.   Over the years, he and his wife Kathy raised and loved seventeen dogs together.  Bob was a faithful communicant of the St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Parish.

Mr. Waters is survived by his loving wife Kathy; a son Andrew (Cheryl) Waters; grandchildren Blaze Waters, Nina Bishop and Brylelyn Bishop; a sister Victoria Daly several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brother-in-law Robert Daly.
