Newark/Wolcott—age 29, passed away Sunday (August 25, 2013)  at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.

​Friends may call from 5-7 P.M. on Thursday (August 29th) at the Paul L. Murphy & Sons Funeral Home, 127 East Miller Street, Newark, where a funeral service will follow with Rev. Larry Humphries officiating.  

​He was born March 11, 1984 in Canandaigua.  Scott was a chef and had a great passion for cooking.

​Scott is survived by his mother Christine Holm of Newark, a brother Cody Cook of Sodus, father Jeffrey Cook of Sodus, his fiancee Kimberly Youngman of Wolcott, his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
