Newark---Tracy L. Elliott, 60, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025, after years of health problems

Friends and family are invited to call from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday, November 8th at Paul L. Murphy & Sons funeral Home, 127 E Miller St, Newark, NY 14513. A funeral service will be celebrated at Noon on Sunay, November 9th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Newark Cemetery.

Tracy was born in Newark on December 25, 1964, the daughter of James and Bonnie McMillin Foss. She was a graduate of Newark Senior High School. For years she worked as an office manager at Mecmar Ind. She was a former member of the Palmyra Moose Lodge and the Newark American Legion.

She is survived by her husband Patrick Elliott; a son Jacob (Brittany) Karg; eight stepchildren Stephanie Elliott, Shelly Elliott, Amber Elliott, Jessica Kline, Shawn Elliott, Aaron Elliott, Alea Elliott, Steven Elliott; eighteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; her parents James Foss, Bonnie Hamelynck a brother Scott (Dawn) Foss; a step brother Terry Hamelynck; many in-laws; nieces; nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a stepdaughter Susan Elliott.
