Newark ---Virginia R. Arbogast, 74, passed away on Monday (July 22, 2013) at the DeMay Living Center.

​All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

​Memorials, in her memory, may be made to the Finger Lakes Hematology & Oncology Center, 6 Ambulance Drive, Clifton Springs, New York 14432.

​Mrs. Arbogast was born on October 18, 1938, in Ontario, the daughter of Abraham and Elizabeth DePappa Sonneville.  Virginia did clerical and secretarial work with Burnwell Gas for over twenty years, Fold-Pac for 15 years and retired from Graham Gas Company.

​She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Carl; four stepdaughters Jolee (Dave) Arseneault of Pa, Besper Ann (Ben) Garcia of Ca., Carla Arbogast of Ca. and  Dorothy Arbogast of Pa.; five step grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  Virginia was predeceased by her son Carl ”Rusty” Arbogast, Jr., a brother Stanley, two sisters Irene and Evelyn.
